Hatha Yoga
Purifying the body and the mind through asanas, mudras, pranayama and kriyas.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
The practice of the 8 limbs. Vigorous and energetic bringing focus to the breath.
Kundalini Yoga
Seeks to awaken the energy and release the dormant power within.
Iyengar Yoga
Brings precision and alignment to the yoga practice through deep understanding and the use of props.
Hot Yoga
Heat and humidity prepares the body for movement and to sweat out toxins.
Yin Yoga
Quiet and mindful practice. Stretching the body and calming the mind.
